Our Story
We started TechVeer after realizing that many in the Mumbai Police community were still far behind in digital literacy. With the support and vision of Dr. Aniruddha Malpani, our team at ApniPathshala created a model that brings digital education directly to police families where they live.
What is ApniPathshala.org?
ApniPathshala is a non-profit learning platform focused on creating peer-led, practical, and localized education programs. It believes in empowering learners through hands-on experience, community mentoring, and accessible technology. The platform has run various grassroots learning projects across Mumbai.
Why ApniPathshala Created TechVeer
ApniPathshala observed that while many young people in Mumbai were adapting to digital tools, the children and spouses of police officers were being left behind. This digital gap could affect their futures. TechVeer was launched to bridge this gap — by creating learning pods directly inside police colonies, using peer mentors and real-life tools to help them catch up and thrive.
